The foundation of our business was laid by ex-Deloitte Chartered Accountant. We, at UY Accountants, provide various services–taxation, accounting and business advisory–to individuals and businesses all over the UK.

Usman has laid the foundation of our company. So, he is the founder and managing director of this company. He started his career in London in 2005. He has done B.Sc. Hons in Accounting and Finance. He is also a fellow practicing member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales).
He has vast experience in providing services, ranging from local small companies to London Stock Exchange Listed companies. He has been advisor to Canon Europe Ltd, for over five years. He also specialises in the provision of audit and assurance, business start-ups, accounting, business & personal tax, and various restructuring disciplines.
He provides services to various sectors–Not for Profit organisations, Financial Services, Retail, Property & Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, Transport & Logistics and FMCG.
He has qualified as ICAEW member at one of London’s top firms UHY Hacker Young LLP. Thereafter, he spent seven years with Deloitte LLP, world’s leading audit firm.
